The Luft was inspired by a very elegant 1985 Porsche 911 Carrera 3.2 Targa that Playforever's founder, Julian Meagher, owned while living in Florence, Italy for 2 years. This car in a beautiful ivory shade was perfect for cruising the hills of Tuscany and surely made every school run an absolute delight. We started designing the shape of the Luft without any details at all, except for the wrapped Targa assembly that seemed to be the best way. Fortunately, we succeeded, and we are very pleased with how it turned out. We plan to make another 911 based on the iconic 80s 930 turbo and may even give it a slanted nose with a double-scale whale tail.

Our toys are made from high-quality ABS plastic and are built to last a lifetime. We use soft-roll rubber wheels that are child-friendly. The main body shells are finished with a clear high-gloss coating that is UV resistant for durability and scratch resistance.
