On a spring day, a riverboat full of carefree ducklings going on an outing travels down the Mississippi.
The ducklings lick ice cream cones, pick daisies, eat pastries, sip slushies, and generally have a great time, when suddenly something unexpected happens.
One duckling pees in the middle of the Mississippi.
The strict captain is determined to find out which duckling is the culprit and to convince it to confess.
Will he succeed?
