Cancellation/Refunds & Withdrawal Policy

A. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within a period of 14 calendar days from the delivery of the product and especially when there are many products in the same order from the delivery of the last one and when there is an obligation to deliver products at regular intervals from the delivery of the first one. The return cost amounts to 6 euros and will be deducted from the refund. The withdrawal is made under the following conditions:

1.This withdrawal is unwarranted and without any charge and if the item has already been delivered, the Customer must return the product exactly in the condition in which it was received, with all its accessories, accompanying documents and its packaging in excellent condition. The return of the item is accepted only if the buyer has first paid any amount charged by the company for sending the item to him and the shipping costs for returning the item.

2.The declaration of withdrawal is exercised in writing or electronically and the Company is obliged to send confirmation of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal as soon as it is received.

3.Following the declaration of withdrawal, the Company is obliged to refund the price received within 14 days of receipt of the products.

4.Delivery shipping costs are not refunded.

5.The refund to the Customer will be made by the same means by which the initial collection was made. Specifically, in the case of a charge via credit card as follows: in the event that the price has been paid to the Company by the Bank by the time of withdrawal and return of the item, the Company will be obliged to inform the Bank of the cancellation of the transaction and the bank will proceed with any action provided for in the contract it has drawn up with the Customer. Following this notification, the Company bears no responsibility for the time and manner of execution of the reversal, which is regulated by the aforementioned contract. The reversal procedure (full or partial) for credit card charges is carried out exactly as the card was charged. If the charge has been made in one go, the refund will be made in one go, while if the charge has been made in installments, then the refund will also be made in installments. In the case of cash payment, if the Customer had chosen the “pick-up from the store” option, the refund will be made to the Customer from the store where the product was picked up. In the case of bank transfer payment, the refund will also be made by bank transfer to the Customer’s same account. In the case of cash on delivery payment, the Customer will need to send bank details (iban) to make the refund.

6.The Customer is liable to compensate the Company if he made use other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods in the period up to the declaration of withdrawal. The establishment of the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods should be based on the information provided on the external packaging of each product, as well as the supplementary information provided by the Company and in any case without opening the packaging of the products and using the goods. The Company is willing to inform the Customer of any question regarding the nature and functioning of the products by providing additional information material electronically or otherwise. In case of opening the packaging or use, their value automatically decreases as the product is classified as second-hand and the customer must compensate the company for the reduction in the value of the product. The reduction in value from opening the packaging and subsequently from the classification of the product as used is examined on a case-by-case basis and determined by the Company. The Company is entitled to agree with the customer on its compensation, even by mutual offsetting.

7.In the event that the withdrawal concerns the provision of services, the Customer must pay an amount proportional to what has been provided until the declaration of withdrawal.

8.In the event that the products are returned damaged or incomplete, the Company has the right to request compensation from the Customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products and to proceed unilaterally and without any other party to a total or partial offset of its claim against the Customer. B. There is no withdrawal in: a) supply of goods manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized and b) supply of goods that can deteriorate (perishable) or expire soon (short-lived).

ORDER CANCELLATION The customer may, using any means of communication, cancel an order placed by any means of communication, so that it is not executed, provided that it has not already been executed (orders that are in the “Pending” or “Processing” or “In Progress” stage).
